(Note: You cannot act as the direct agent on your own contract, but you can legally earn the referral commission).
Yes. To keep your Florida real estate license in an "Active" status with the DBPR, you must still fulfill all state-mandated Continuing Education hours and pay your standard DBPR renewal fees every two years. Parking your license with us eliminates Board and MLS dues, but state regulatory compliance remains mandatory.
Because our brokerage is not a member of the NAR or local MLS boards, our agents are strictly legally defined as "referral-only." Attempting to show homes, write contracts, or represent clients without local board compliance violates both association guidelines and our corporate policy. Doing so will result in immediate termination from the program to protect the integrity of the network.
There is absolutely no cap. You can submit an unlimited number of buyers, sellers, and corporate leads to our network.
